Terms and Conditions for Employers

  1. Eligibility: Employers must provide accurate and verifiable business details, including valid contact information and business registration (if applicable).
  2. Job Postings: Employers are responsible for ensuring that job descriptions are accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with all applicable labor laws. Misleading or false job advertisements are strictly prohibited.
  3. Confidentiality: Employers must treat all candidate information as confidential and use it solely for recruitment purposes. Sharing or selling candidate data to third parties is prohibited.
  4. Hiring Process: Employers are expected to follow ethical hiring practices and provide a fair evaluation for all candidates. HRxplor is not responsible for disputes arising between employers and candidates post-hiring.
  5. Payment Terms (If Applicable): Fees for services such as premium job postings or recruitment solutions must be paid in full as per the agreed terms. HRxplor reserves the right to withhold services for non-payment.
  6. Prohibited Practices: Employers may not use HRxplor for purposes other than recruitment (e.g., advertising unrelated services). Job listings that promote illegal or unethical work are not allowed.
  7. Dispute Resolution: Employers must notify HRxplor in writing regarding any issues with the platform or services. Disputes will be handled as per the governing law.

Terms and Conditions for Employees (Job Seekers)

  1. Eligibility: Job seekers must provide accurate personal and professional information, including valid identification and contact details. Misrepresentation or falsification of qualifications is strictly prohibited.
  2. Job Applications: Applications should be tailored to the listed job requirements. Spamming or applying for irrelevant jobs is not allowed.
  3. Data Privacy: HRxplor will protect your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, but users must also safeguard their login credentials. Sharing another individual’s information without consent is not permitted.
  4. Conduct: Job seekers must engage respectfully with potential employers and HRxplor representatives. Fraudulent activities, such as providing fake references or certifications, are strictly prohibited.
  5. Disclaimer: HRxplor acts as a platform to connect job seekers with employers and does not guarantee job placement or offer employment contracts.
  6. Acceptance of Offers: Candidates are responsible for understanding the terms of any job offer before accepting. HRxplor is not liable for discrepancies between job offers and actual employment terms.
  7. Prohibited Practices: Job seekers may not use HRxplor for activities unrelated to job searching (e.g., soliciting personal services or selling products).

Mutual Terms for Employers and Employees

  1. Platform Usage: Both employers and employees are responsible for using the platform ethically and adhering to applicable laws.
  2. Dispute Resolution: HRxplor does not mediate disputes between employers and employees but may assist in addressing issues arising from platform misuse.
  3. Service Availability: HRxplor strives to maintain uninterrupted access but is not liable for technical issues, maintenance downtimes, or unforeseen interruptions.
  4. Content Ownership: HRxplor retains ownership of all content and intellectual property on the platform. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
  5. Modifications to Terms: HRxplor reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
  6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
